Description
Composition in ochre, gray, blue, and white earthy. Smooth texture. Group of female figures, all sitting, occupying almost the entire area of the composition against background bit set in earthy tones. None of the figures have defined facial features. On the left, group of six figures seated in the front row behind, in profile to the right, the first is sitting on a bench; the center also figure sitting with her back; on the right group of about fifteen seated figures, two are in profile to the left, looking up the banks where they are seated, the rest of the group is facing. In the background, the group on the left and the on the right suggestion large figure sitting in front, the rest of the background is all shades seeing earthy is apparent brushstrokes.
