In the foreground, on the left of center, standing figure of a man in profile to the right, body bent forward, carrying on his back a large bundle of cane, tied by a rope, by which supports the beam. The man has a dark complexion, black hair, wears light clothing; It is the most advanced on the right leg than the on the left and has bare feet. On the floor in the foreground, three beams hint at several locations and mound in gray tones. In the background, on the left, figure with the head covered by hat, with his body bent forward as if to lift the beam that is in front, which holds with his on the right hand, which is suggested. Behind him, another figure, also hat in orange tone, with his body bent forward, carrying on his back, which seems to be a bundle of sugar cane. To the right of center, three men.
