Children are facing the woman with outstretched hands on the legs. Standing group of women that surrounds the entire width of the composition, forming a semi-circle with four children in front. A girl standing next to the group that is sitting, one at the center of the group and two on the right. The last child is in front of a fat woman standing with hands on her shoulders.
