Description
Composition in black and white. Few lines, shades of dominance and chiaroscuro. Man and woman against non-figurative background. Occupying almost two thirds of the height of the composition, two profile heads, face to face. The woman's head is on the left, in profile to the right looking for the man who is ahead of profile to the left. Blank heads represented by dashes black. Woman's head contour defined by shaded all around. No boundary line. On the white head stand the winding line that defines the boundary and trim the hair, the arched eyebrow line, eye lines and the black shape of the lips. Among the heads, dark areas with variations in shading and small circles as if they were air bubbles coming out of the mouths of the couple. On the right man's head whose profile is defined by Black, broad and firm stroke. The boundaries of the top of the head are not set. No indicated hair. Brow thick hazy represented by dash off that is repeated in the contour of the eye. Indicated nostril, mouth circumvented by continuous black line. Chin with a sharp tip. Overhead, abstract forms obtained through shading, lack of color, compact black areas and some sinuous lines.
