Description
Composition in black and brown. Lines defining contours and shading setting volumes. Representation of two workers and vegetation, occupying the entire area of the support. In the top half, on the left, muscular man standing in front, wearing only swimming trunks. Has rounded face, shaded on the right, short hair, arms along the body and legs ajar on the right knee slightly flexed. On the right deeper, curved back man, idly as if to grab something on the floor and legs apart. It wears wide-brimmed hat, short-sleeved shirt and pants rolled up. In the background is seen parts of tree trunks cut by the upper edge of the support. In the lower half torus tree yerba mate with shoots, stem portion lying on the ground and formed by part of some cylindrical trunks connected by ropes, looking up into yerba mate already harvested leaves.
