Description
Composition in blue and white. Straight, angular, sinuous and effects of watercolor. Composition representing head of Saint Francis against white and blue background. The saint is profile to left, has defined facial features schematically, except for the hair in crown and beard. It has fallen eyebrow, very open eye to the left, nose-shaped triangle and an ajar mouth, where theef can be seen, thin and long neck. Effects of watercolor technique can be seen on the face of the saint and in the background.
