Mother with Dead Son
Description
Composition in white, black, ochre and red. Contour lines, parallel lines, strong and scraped lines. Composition representing female figure with dead child in her lap, looking up to the left four studies for the head of the dead child. The woman is sitting in front of head with long straight black hair fallen over her face. It has very thin arms represented in ochre-red tone, and hold between them and supported on legs, a dead boy. She's wearing long dress represented by suggesting lines furrowed has the legs apart, which are perceived by transparencies and has bare feet. The dead boy is lying on the lap of the woman, her head to the left and the legs to the right. Have the indicated facial features - ajar one eye and the other closed, large and thin neck nostrils indicated by parallel lines. The figure is excessively thin, wearing a kind of shorts and has fallen legs. To the left of the figure, four boy's head sketches ranging in small details of facial features and firmness of strokes. Darkened background of graphite powder and blood.
