Composition in black and brown. Lines defining the contours and shading setting volumes; squared off for visible transport in some areas. Composition representing rubber culture It depicts with figure man working occupying almost the entire composition; two other men working on the left, on the right rubber pellets and the bottom branches of a rubber tree. In the foreground, the center figure of a man, standing in front, short hair combed back, angular face, thin eyebrows, suggested eyes, straight nose and thick lips closed. The figure is with the trunk and arms bare, revealing muscles that reveal strength. It has arms slightly bent and secured between a circular rod hands almost horizontal. wear rolled up pants to the knees, is with legs apart and barefoot. Between the legs of the figure, small ax. On the left, part of a cylinder and back, plump rod beam. Further back, on the right, cut tree trunk, apparently having in its interior liquid. On the left leg part of a human figure and a back arm wielding hatchet with which it is striking trunk lying ahead. In the background, another back to human form appears on the same diagonal line than the preceding. From this one can see short, dark hair, bare trunk, on the right arm raised wielding ax, with which the trunk of a wound rubber. wears rolled-up pants, have legs apart and barefoot. On the left, cell rubber pellets. In the background, vertical cylindrical band representing the rubber forest and horizontal representing felled trunks, interspersed with clumps stylized.
