Title
Pinto Horse
Description
Composition in tones earthy, gray, ochre, white, blue and red. Smooth, rough and marked brushstrokes. Field lanscape with piebald horse, calf, figure and birds flying. In the foreground, from the left to the right: calf lying on the right with head turned forward, vegetation tuft highlighting the arid ground; horse in profile standing to the left with his head down and spotted body having at his side, his back a figure seeming to ride it and ultimately ill-defined figure walking profile to the left. In the background, next to the left side margin three vegetation tufts side by side in perspective on the bottom, the side having three white-clad figures also in perspective for background in light diagonally to the right; oval area in ochre tones and picket fence being lost on the horizon. On the right, three areas quadrangular side by side on the right diagonal to on the left and front to back, looking up a flag hoisted among the sharpest buildings. Earthy arid earthy in shades with hints of ochre. Heaven "degrade" in gray tones brightening toward the skyline looking up eight birds flying.
