Composition sepia and white. Contour lines, discontinuous, of monotype and shading characteristics. Portrait of man's head, occupying the upper central area of the support, against plain background. The pictured is slightly turned to the right, has suggested hair, high forehead marked by horizontal lines and the winding back of the head without definition. The eyebrows are well-marked, eyes indicated only by the outline without iris and pupil; nose well-marked, closed lips, mustache suggested thinning and contour marked chin. In his on the right cheek, light shaded suggesting volumes, as well as the neck is short, seeing themselves suggestion closed collar.
