In the lower half, bust of a couple, and the man is on the left, in profile to the right, with the on the right hand at the nape of the woman who is in front, in profile to the left. The on the left hand of the woman is resting on the man's on the right shoulder. In the top half, heads another couple and the man on the left is in profile to the right and the woman is in front profile to the left. Couples have suggested hair by light sinuous lines.
