Description
Composition in black and white. Winding and intersecting lines. Woman half-bust occupying almost the entire support area against white background. The figure is three quarters turned to the left, has a round face, black hair, smooth and long split in half, broad forehead, slightly arched thin eyebrows, almond-shaped eyes wide apart and fallen, facing left; his nose was not represented, plump thin lips and closed and rounded chin. She has long neck, looking up at the start of lap collar suggesting that pearls or beads.
