Description
Composition in tones earthy, red, blue and black. Contour lines and lines forming small squares study suggesting mosaic panel. It depicts Jesus on the cross and twelve kneeling figures at his side. In the center of the composition, Christ on the cross in front. On the left, six figures, side by side, in profile to the right knees. On the right six figures, side by side, in profile to the left also kneeling. Background and figures all worked with small squares suggesting mosaic panel. In the upper on the left corner suggestion moon. Straight lines crossing diagonally intersecting the composition at various points.
