Description

Composition representing man inside a frame of Bumba-meu-boi occupying almost the entire support area against street background with sidewalk and some buildings. Man is 3/4 facing left, wears wide-brimmed hat suggesting that straw; have suggested facial features and on the left arm is folded; from the waist down it is covered by the frame of the Bumba-meu-boi is seeing the face of the front horse, kind of cloth almost to the ground to represent the animal's body by looking up underneath the man's feet and behind the horse's tail up forming sinuous line. The man is walking in the street looking up, on the left, diagonal lines in perspective for background suggesting a sidewalk and follows the same suggestion buildings with few windows, seeing in the first of them the outline of a figure that would be watching the It depicts.
