Description
Composition in gray, ochre, earthy, green, white and black. Smooth, slightly thick in places and marked brushstrokes. Composition representing cotton harvest It depicts with five figures working in various positions in the middle of a cotton plantation suggested and stacked bags. In the foreground on the left, four sacks stacked. To the left of center, standing figure, front, with his head covered by hat. The figure is slightly bent forward and hands harvesting cotton pellets indicated by white dots. It has concealed by the body immense bag of gray tones which is supported by its on the left shoulder. It is with legs apart and seems to wear dark boots. On the left, stocky figure, probably a child, wearing a hat with bag hanging in front of your body with suggestion of cotton pellets in his hands. Behind her, clump suggestion in green tones, and the floor in shades earthy. In the background, on the left, standing figure of a man in profile to the left, with curved body on a sack, against background of gray tones. To the right, a little further on, man standing in profile to the left, bent toward the bag that is in front. Wearing a hat and has cotton on the left hand. Behind him, nine sacks stacked. Basically, on the right areas in gray and earthy tones; in the center, standing figure of suggestion and from the front, wearing a hat.
