Composition in tones earthy, ochre, red, black, orange, yellow, blue and white. Smooth texture, colored areas dry brush and contour lines. It depicts Jesuit catechized indigenous. The figures have no definition of facial features and have shaded the faces. The indigenous are sitting from the left to the right, forming a semicircle in front of two priests who are on the right. In the foreground on the left, child sitting on the floor, turned slightly to the right. She has straight hair shoulder-length and his body is defined by clear area. In the center, basket on the floor, looking contain fruit and more to the right, a crock. On the right in the background, priest sitting on bench, his back slightly turned to the left. The other priest is standing in profile to the left. They wear robes with wrapped waist belt and the priest who sits seems to wear skullcap on his head. To the left, a group of indigenous sitting, watching the bank the first figure. At the center of the composition, the group has three rows, with the first figure the last row carries a basket full head. Next to the priest who is standing, two more children. Dark floor and bottom, open field in lighter tones, with two houses on the right and lighter narrow range, suggesting sky.
