Composition in ochre, black, gray, blue and white. Rough and smooth texture. Female figure against blue background. Woman half-length with indefinite anatomy, except the face, arms and hands. The overly bulky forms large, coarse and deformed are accentuated by the outline in broad black strokes. The skin is in shades of ochre and gray, speckled with black dots and strokes and white impasto. Has black hair on the left loose and long thick braid on the right. Twisted arms, on the right back and on the left through the front of the body. On the right hand on head, looking up only coarse fingers that hold big blue comb with black teeth. On the left hand holding braid down sinuously through the front of the body. Marge, round face with eyes, nose and mouth suggested. Background in shades of blue and gray.
