Our Lady of Aparecida
Description
Composition in blue tones, yellow, orange, purples, red, ochre and earthy. Smooth texture. Our Lady of Aparecida occupying almost the entire support area surrounded by great splendor, against plain blue background. The saint is standing, facing and with folded hands. It has dark skin, round face, big round eyes, small nose, thin lips and closed. Has on her head a crown, wears long sleeve dress in violet tone with small red dots and dotted green flowers and pearl necklace close to the neck that suggests that a dress tailpiece; on the shoulders, long blue robe, falling in folds and finished off by yellow fringe. The outside is darker than the inside and it's all splashed with bright dots. Around the entire Santa large radiance with tips forming kind of toothing, yellow tone, slightly "degrade" coming to an end in orange.
