The Peg Leg and His Lady
Description
Composition in light shades of white, yellow, rose, blue, green and ochre and orange tones, earthy, gray, red and black. Rough texture, smooth and thick, marked and Tooling strokes. Old couple against background in black and light yellow and broadband in orange tone. The couple has represented skin ochre-red color, with rose and touches of green-blue and ochre with deliberate expressive deformation of the feet and hands. Both are standing in front. The woman on the left with bluish-gray hair at shoulder level. 3/4 head almost turned to the right and slightly turned up with his face toward the man who is on the right. It has precious little facial features with wrinkles on the forehead and cheeks. Has the on the left arm around the man's shoulders and on the right along the body holding gourd. wears dark dress and sandals with straps between the toes. The man has the face 3/4 facing left, inaccurate facial features and beard. On the right arm around the woman's shoulders and on the left folded holding kind of staff. wears shirt and light pants have the on the right foot footwear sandal strap between the toes. The on the left leg is amputated at the knee and leg faceted wooden timber. Base orange tone occupying about 1/3 of the height of the support and white background and yellow worked by spatula to form parallel grooves diagonally.
