Description
Composition in ochre, green tones, blue, gray, and black earthy. Smooth, thick, marked strokes. Composition representing Anchieta crouched, writing in the sand, occupying the center of the area of ​​the composition against background represented by geometrical overlapping areas, suggesting beach lanscape. The figure is from the front, kneeling on the right leg and supported by the on the left leg bent. It has very short black hair, an altar boy at the top of the head and is looking down. Supports the head in his on the left hand, whose hand is on his knee. The on the right arm is stretched and holding the hand dark rod with which writes in the sand. The figure wears black cassock with geometrical areas marking the drapery in gray tones.
