Composition in green tones, earthy, rose, blue, yellow, ochre, white and black. Smooth, thick, rough and marked brushstrokes. Composition representing sugarcane cut It depicts with two men working on the left, among the reed bundles already cut and sugarcane fields to the right and to the bottom. In the foreground, on the left of center, human form, standing almost on the right profile for using straw hat on his head. Has arms stretched toward the planting of sugarcane and secure in his on the right hand a machete with which seems to cut the cane. The figure wears blue long sleeve shirt and is rolled up pants; It is the most advanced on the right leg than the on the left and barefoot. Behind the figure, seven cut cane bundles scattered on the floor in different positions. In the background, male figure, standing in profile to the right, with the trunk flexed forward, and with arms outstretched as if tying a bundle of cane on the ground. Around, cane bundles, only suggested. Around the on the right side of the composition, rushes represented by reeds on earthy and ochre tones and its foliage in very alive green tones. Basically, strip of earthy not planted, represented in rose tone, and the continuation of the cane field that is cut off by the edge of the support.
