Description
Composition in tones rose, ochre, green, earthy, white and gray. Smooth texture and marked brushstrokes. Composition representing sugarcane harvest It depicts with three men working on various activities; cane field on the right and in the background, in geometrical areas of various shades. On the left, front man, tying large bundle of sugar cane, which is horizontal. The figure has a flat head, big eyes, angular nose; safe with his mouth the rope with which to tie the beam firm with flat hands and on the right knee. Further back, in the center of the composition, man carrying huge bundle of sugarcane, which only sees the lower legs in gray tones. On the right man standing in profile to the right, cutting sugar cane with a sickle-wielding on the right hand. The figure is slightly curved, with legs apart, wears clothes and has indefinite barefoot. To his cane field forward, suggested in tones rose with white tips. The floor consists of geometrical areas tones rose, where the on the right appear rod bundles already cut. The bottom consists of geometrical areas greenish hues.
